Plate mounting machine for hot foil stamping (international patent pending)

Plates mounting process in hot foil stamping has always been very difficult: long time for plate positioning, various corrections and skilled workers required. This is due to the thermic dilatation problem of the support table and to the correct positioning problem of the plates to be mirrored with reference to the working sample. Gold solves this problems obtaining a perfect plate register and therefore reducing drastically the time needed to start up the job. Thanks to the experience reached in plate mounters machine for converting industry, we developed Gold, a new machine for one of the most important working process of the graphic industry. Gold is intuitive, immediate and user friendly. It is an easy and effective plate mounter machine, suitable also for the most inexperienced operator (all commands by handy remote control) in order to obtain a perfect result.
